workshops

  • Dwtylife’s most-loved workshop, and the first one I ever shared!

The life-changing art of gratitude delves into what gratitude really is, why it works in the body and mind, and most importantly - how to practice.

This creative workshop helps you to understand the foundations of gratitude and offers a step-by-step approach to building your own practice.

  • Purpose can feel like an overwhelming topic - but it doesn’t need to be!

In this workshop, we uncover the truth about purpose and how it contributes to a happier life.

Take a deeper dive into what EXCITES you in life, learn how to harness the magic of intentions and explore what a purposeful life looks like for you.

  • Self-discovery and personal Joy offers you a roadmap back to yourself - and gives you permission to build a more joyful life!

In this creative workshop, you will uncover the things that make your heart sing, explore how journalling and time for personal reflection support a happier life, and most importantly learn how to build an everyday life you love.

  • The hygge journalling workshop is a celebration of the arrival of Autumn and prepares us for a more joyful winter period.

You will take a deep dive into the principles of hygge and how each of these relate to you personally in your life as it is.

Combining this with joyful living techniques, you will leave with a clear understanding of how not just to survive your winter period - but actually enjoy living in it!

  • Creative living MAGIC is our collaborative workshop with our dear friends Hopefully Made.

Across a fun, playful and uplifting workshop you will learn what it means to live creatively, how creativity benefits our health & happiness - and most importantly that we are all creative.

Reconnect to your inner child and inner creativity with journalling, group activities and an artistic workshop lead by Hopefully Made.

  • The year of JOY is our annual end-of-year celebration.

We take a look back on your year through the lens of gratitude, and celebrate your wins both big and small!

Followed by an exploration into the foundations of joyful living, you will create a joyful vision board for your year ahead, complete with intentions and actionable steps to make everyday life lighter and brighter.

I hosted my first gratitude workshop in October 2022, and it was the start of dwtylife as it’s known and loved today. I had something special I wanted to share with the world - how practicing gratitude transformed my life - so I chose to put on a one-off workshop to share with people my findings.

From that very first event, I knew that a huge part of dwtylife would be community workshops and events. Bringing like-minded people together is one of the most special aspects of the job, and the dwtylife community is the crowning jewel in our work.

Our events are an opportunity not just to learn about the dwtylife way living, but also to meet the sisterhood you’ve been searching for.

lovely evening, lots of laughs and good people. definitely left feeling lighter and happier than I came to the evening!

I was really nervous to attend something new by myself but I’m so glad I did! The hygge workshop I recently went to was honestly just what I needed. Everyone was so welcoming & I loved the activities that Sian planned. I am looking forward to the next one

I attended the living with purpose workshop with my mum and we both had the best time! These workshops never fail to leave me feeling uplifted and excited to put the things I’ve learnt into practise.
