I created this coaching programme to carefully dispense to you everything I know to be true when it comes to understanding and cultivating lasting happiness - and becoming the architect of your own beautiful everyday. This programme is underpinned by the three pillars of dwtylife - gratitude, yoga and joyful living. It is supported by an overwhelming and diverse range of scientific studies from the fields of health and positive psychology. Most of all - it’s shaped by my own experience of life, and the lessons and stories of other women I’ve supported through my work in dwtylife over the last few years.

The Happiness Reset is broken down into 4 key modules:
Discovering & excavating: Before we can commence the important work of getting happier, we need to understand our starting point. In this module you can expect to get clear on who you really are, what life is like for you right now, what your core values and belief systems are.
Awareness of hurdles: Next, we will look at the main barriers to happiness that are currently impacting your daily life.
Happiness mastery: To be a happier person, one must understand what happiness actually is. In this module we will take a deeper dive into what happiness really is, and perhaps even more crucially, what happiness is not.
Becoming the alchemist: Our final module will be exploring the many gifts, principles and practices you can utilise to elevate your experience of the world. Expect to dive deep into the three pillars of dwtylife: gratitude, yoga and joyful living.
Across all four modules, there will be a blended approach to learning. Lead masterclasses and workshops, personal study and reading in your learning manual as well as your monthly 1:1's with me to support you on your journey.
