Dwtylife Yoga is our most-loved 90 minute yoga class, running every Tuesday 6:30-8PM.
Each week you can expect an uplifting, energising and playful yoga class. Dwtylife yoga is a richly layered practice involving breath, subtle body, movement and monthly themes.
I carefully blend the rich history and teachings of this ancient practice with everything I know about building a happier life in our modern day lives.
The result? A space for you to delve into the core of what yoga really is: a deeper connection to your self, the people you love and the wider world around you.

Dwtylife yoga is our most dynamic class, flowing through our signature sequence of yoga poses in time with the breath. You’re encouraged to move with curiosity, playfulness and at your own pace - we do have a giggle!
This class is a set sequence that’s repeated weekly, so it’s a great place to be a beginner - you’ll familiarise yourself with new poses quickly.
If you’re looking for a slower, less intensive physical practice - take a look at our Monthly Yoga & Chill.

If you have a yoga mat and props, please bring these along! Along with a water bottle to stay hydrated.
No props? No problem. Mats and props can be provided at the venue.

Dwtylife yoga is an energising, uplifting class with a blend of standing, kneeling, balancing and reclined postures. We move at a faster pace, therefore this practice requires the ability to get up and down from the ground throughout.
Wobbles are encouraged! As is the use of props and walls to support you :)
