  • Looking for a completely tailored and personalised space to explore yoga?

Working in private groups or on a 1-2-1 basis offers an experience completely shaped by your specific needs.

People choose private tuition for a wide variety of reasons; from building a strong foundation and confidence, to exploring elements of practice in greater detail - for instance postures you’ve always found challenging. If you’ve got an established practice, private tuition offers a deeper dive into different aspects of yoga also.

Why Yoga?

After a personal challenge in 2021, I was urged to try out yoga.

I wasn't completely oblivious to yoga, I'd seen it and even attended a handful of classes over the years - but I certainly didn't know what it truly was.

Recovering from a surgery, I was encouraged to start yoga as part of my rehabilitation and for building strength. I quickly fell in love with the physical practice, enjoying creating space and energy in my body. I grew stronger, and got to know my physical self better. But as the months went by, I began to notice an even greater shift within.

As I branched out and tried different styles and classes, I was introduced to the practices of pranayama and dhyana - breath work and meditation.

It was around this time that I learned that yoga is much more than just the physical postures many of us know.

I delved deeper into my practice; exploring the philosophical teachings of yoga - and began to reap the rewards. Through my yoga practice I found clarity, calm, and a deep sense of gratitude. Yoga had opened my mind and heart.

Sian’s meditation classes are divine. Through the gentle, soft tones of her voice she leads you to a place of peace, rest and calm. Each week is different and brings with it different feelings, thoughts and sensations. The spiritual highlight of my week. Thank you Sian ❤️

Awaken the Chakras was beautifully setup and just what I needed to relax. Both Sian and Jaynie put a lot of thought into the gratitude and bracelet making workshops and I left feeling refreshed after a busy week. Overall, it was a much needed and lovely day spent completing yoga, mini workshops and meditation with like-minded people in a safe and welcoming environment. I would absolutely return for another day retreat or workshop event run by DWTYLIFE!

DWTYLIFE likes to see yoga as the science of life; a rich tapestry of ancient teachings and practices to help us live a brighter, kinder, and more enlightened life.

The practice of yoga has profoundly influenced my vision for DWTYLIFE, and how I aspire to approach our mission too.

Yoga is one of our main offerings at dwtylife. I believe that everyone could benefit from its practices and take something away from its teachings.
